Rhode Island Lighthouse History

Rhode Island Lighthouses: A Pictorial History is a unique book. There are over 200 photographs of Rhode Island Lighthouses and lighthships in the book, including rare views of Gould Island Lighthouse, Hog Island Shoal Lightship LV-12, Nayatt Point Lighthouse and Point Judith Lighthouse. It also includes plans for Brenton Reef Lightship LV-102/WAL-525 and Nayatt Point Lighthouse. The book contains photographs of all the Rhode Island lighthouses built since 1850. It also contains photographs of all the lightships that served in Rhode Island and structues that replaced them.
